Cycling does a body good!
One of my go to cardio options is the spin bike, have you ever taken a spin class?? My goodness, It’s pretty brutal… Although I have not gone to an actual class in awhile, YouTube has classes that get the job done!
Let’s get into the benefits of cycling!!
Improves Cardio system
While cycling the heart starts pounding in study manner which improves our cardio vascular. The large group muscles are being used when you cycle which instantly raises the heart rate which benefits stamina and fitness.
Look More youthful
When you cycle regularly it increases your blood circulation, delivers oxygen, protects from harmful toxins and reduces the appearance of wrinkles, it also helps speed up the healing power. With that being said, the fountain of youth is found in exercising!
Increases Brain Power
Studies have shown cycling improves up to 15 percent in brain tests, it helps the brain produce new brain cells and increases the right blood flow and oxygen to the brain.
Fights illness
Outside of eating healthy cycling is a great way to help boost immunity. Exercise in general activates immune cells so they are ready to fight off infection. It’s very important to keep a strong healthy immune system, especially during these times cycling can be very beneficial to your health.
